I love this watch! It has a lot of features, such as a stopwatch, world time, a timer, and it even shows the moon phases and an approximation of water tides. How cool is that! At first it may seem intimidating because of all the features it comes with, but once you play with it for a few minutes you will find it pretty easy to use. Not to mention it looks great! It has a smooth glossy finish with a slick desin on it. The price I bought it for here on amazon was great because i've seen it elsewhere for more. Definitely a recommended buy if your looking for a beautiful, sporty kind of watch that has plenty of cool features.

Nice watch. Definitely a smaller version of the G-Shock Line. It has a very glossy appearance, more glossy than the picture. The major downside are the buttons on the watch are very small, and can be difficult to use.

This is a great watch for the money. I've taken it surfing a few times now -- the tide indicator works reasonably well, provided you set it up correctly (google recommended for that) -- and after simply washing away any sand or surf wax from the day, it still looks glossy and brand new. I have a few watches, some of which are exponentially more expensive than this one, but I find myself wearing this more and more (even when not doing anything that would require the G-Shock 'toughness'). It works well and just happens to look great to boot.

Upon having to replace my last sports watch, I decided to get one that easily relayed the time, day and date. This model fits the bill without overloading the device with a ton of unused and hard to learn features. While it does tell me the tide and phases of the moon for surfing purposes, it does not overwhelm the main timekeeping purpose.



Aesthetically, I enjoy the red band and matching case. This is the main reason this particular model was chosen. The LCD is crisp and I have no problems reading it in bright daylight or at night with the help of the automated "flick on" light feature.



This is such an overall great device that both my 11 and 13 year old sons are saving their money in order to purchase their own G-Shock so that they can stop "borrowing "mine from my gym bag.

This is truly a nice watch to own, especially if you're a teen living in NYC. All the time I get asked if it's the $100 one, apparently that is what this watch is called in NYC. It has a nice glossy finish but it can also easily get dirty. I don't suggest this watch if you are scared the watch will get dirty, simply because this watch will become a bit dingy in less than a month. In my eyes this watch is gold because nobody in my area has the same color, though if you ask me this watch looks amazing in black also. And if you get it in black you don't have to worry about dinginess.

I grew up in the 80's when Casio's were huge. Switched to Freestlye brand, then as I got older, switched to Nixon watches for night and Timex Ironman's for casual/gym use. When I saw that they updated the G Shock and it came in white, I knew I had to have one.



This watch has all the great features of a classic G-Shock, but is stylish. The tide and moon functions are a plus and are fairly easy to understand once you've finished the initial set-up. I wear this watch to work, to the gym, and out at night. Love it!

I looked around everywhere for the right watch. After having seen this one reviewed a couple of places I decided to try it on when I found it at a store. I LOVED IT!
