Pros:
light weight, resin band last forever without any sign of uses, good size face and digit, full calender, back light is great.
Cons:
It doesn't automatically adjust for day light time changes even the feature is turned on.
The international time it shows isn't accurate. It doesnt account for the day light.

I bought this watch and at the end of the warranty period, the "ear" that holds one of the band pins broke. The case is inexpensive plastic and that is a weak point (at least one other reviewer had the identical problem).
I mailed the watch back to Casio and asked if, considering the poor quality of the case, would consider allowing me to pay the retail difference between the cost of this watch and one with a stainless case to avoid this problem in the future. Their response was a bill for $22 to repair the existing watch which cost $27. I called them and their customer service rep refused to listen to me and told me if I wanted the broken watch back, it would cost me $10 (after I had paid to ship it to them!). The manager of customer service was equally rude and told me if I escalated her, any communication would come right back to her!
I would not reward a company like Casio with a purchase of one of their products. There are too many good companies with admirable customer service organizations from which to choose.
